Inside the tool

These are the actual screens, captured from the running application. Nothing here is a mock-up, and every laboratory, audit and result shown is demonstration data generated for evaluation — no real laboratory's audit result appears on this site.

Evidence and auditability

A finding is only as good as what stands behind it. In eSLIPTA every answer traces to the question it answers, the written observation the auditor made, and the documents attached to it — and that chain is what a reviewer follows, rather than a summary of it.

A question that awards points must have evidence. The screen refuses the close, and the server refuses it again independently, so an audit cannot be closed awarding points it never evidenced — even by a device running old or modified software.

Closing an audit records the signer, their role, the moment, and a fingerprint of the exact figures signed against. If the underlying answers change afterwards, that fingerprint no longer matches, so an edited-after-signing audit is detectable rather than silent.
